When Will it Sell?

Every home is unique. Some properties sell within hours of being on the market, some take days, weeks, or sometimes months. I believe there are three main reasons a home does not sell:

-          The home is over priced

-          There is a structural issue with the home

-          The home is not properly exposed to the market

Our market is constantly changing. I offer weekly market updates, and a 30-day market evaluation to evaluate performance, and keep you informed of our market. If your home hasn’t sold in 30 days, a price adjustment should be made.
