We luckily discovered Kaitlin randomly though the internet via mls.ca. Having only a few weeks notice and not having very many details as to what we were looking for, Kaitlin assembled a variety of residences to view. As we were only in Regina for 5 days to view properties and purchase a residence, we required an agent who was willing to provide us with a lot of time and attention. Kaitlin did just that and after several days of hunting in Regina's difficult market, we were able to locate and purchase a residence. Kaitlin was extremely patient. After a couple of days of searching we still did not know exactly what we were looking for however she continued showing us different options until we located the right house. Kaitlin was also very flexible, scheduling showing from the early morning right until the late evening to accommodate us. Kaitlin was always friendly and willing to keep on working with us until we located the property of choice.

During the past, we have worked with many different agents with the purchase of three previous houses. Recently, we decided to look for what would likely be our last home purchase. One that would meet our needs for many years to come. But with many of the negative experiences dealing with various real estate agents in the past, we were not looking forward to that part of the process. During our initial meeting with Kaitlin, we discussed in detail what we were looking for in a new home that would be suited to our long term needs. With no hesitation or waste of time, Kaitlin showed us two houses with all of our criteria, one with even more than we requested. Within two days, after negotiating on offer on our behalf, we successfully purchased our dream home!
As we were out of town on our possession date, we asked Kaitlin to take possession of our new home and complete the inspection walk through on our behalf. This is the type of trusting relationship we had come to build during the process. Days later, we arrived back to Regina in the middle of the night and immediately went to our new home only to find a huge red bow on the front door wrapped like a present! Inside we found house warming gifts and a hand written note welcoming us to our new home and neighbourhood. It was all from Kaitlin! It brought tears. Never in our experience has an agent been so extremely thoughtful and considerate even after the transaction was complete. Going over and above showed us that Kaitlin Murray is not only an outstanding agent, but a genuine caring individual.

Kaitlin did an outstanding job in marketing and selling our house in the year of 2008. We had pushed through a gruelling year of general contracting our new house while raising 2 very young children and working full-time. The last task we needed was to try a sell our existing home in a rural community, promptly. We discovered Kaitlin Murray by accident while looking for our current home. What a great find in our new home and Realtor! We had some fairly specific needs and requests and she worked with us to find us exactly what we wanted in a home.
A few months later we wanted to sell a property. Kaitlin had changed Firms at this point but we still liked dealing with her so we brought her and some other Realtors in to see what everyone had to say. We ended up going with Kaitlin because we were impressed with our former dealings and her commitments to us.
Kaitlin is young, energetic, motivated and will not give you an incorrect answer to a question or an answer that she thinks you want to hear.
